Oracle will provide guidance to DOE managers on how to implement and maintain a knowledge transfer system. Oracle will also suggest tools that managers can use for knowledge transfer. These tools include, but are not limited to, Microsoft Teams and OneNote. An effective knowledge transfer system will allow for smoother transitions for backfilling employees and maintain the organization’s optimal level of efficiency and productivity.
